Majel Barrett-Roddenberry has passed away.

At this moment I'd like to join all the Trek World Community to express my simpathy and condolences for the passing of Mrs. Majel Roddenberry.

Certainly it is a deeep sad moment to all of us trekkers, and mainly for those who grew up knowing the work and the importance of all the original cast and individuals associated with Star Trek.

The passing o Mrs, Roddenberry closes a cicle, an important door behind history and creation of the original Trek concepts, the Roddenberry legacy and all...

I hope that Rod Jr can rise as the heir of The Great Bird and Majel as a Star Trek "defender". Even if Paramount and any other great companies are the exclusive possessors of any Star Trek rights.

Majel was a fine humanist and a businesswoman of quality. By her own right she made her way into Star Trek and Television History. My guess is that she was a nice person too.

I offer my condolences to Rod Roddenberry and his family and friends... Majel will be surely missed by her friends, fans and for all the Star Trek world.

Rest in peace, Majel Barrett-Roddenberry.
